The Elliott Easement is on 97 acres of farmland in the Town of New Paltz. It was donated in January 1994 by Grace Elliott who had lived all her life on this farm and was adamant about preserving the property for agricultural use. The land is still actively farmed. Through the easement we are preserving views, high quality soils, and important habitat.
