Wallkill Valley Land Trust held their 2009 Conservation Award Ceremony on Sunday, October 25^th.

In honor of the Town of Rosendale for its recent commitment to the restoration of the Rosendale extension of the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail, Pat McDonough, Rosendale’s Town Supervisor, accepted the award.

Seventy-three attendees enjoyed food donated from local eateries, and live music by Jay Ungar & Molly Mason. The 2009 Conservation Awards Ceremony was held at the The Belltower on 398 Main Street, Rosendale, NY.
